    Bachelor of Science Information Technology Requirements

    • A properly completed Application Form.
    • Complete an in-depth interview with an Executive Enrollment Advisor.
    • An application fee of $45 (non-refundable after 7 days) if applicable.
    • Evidence of previous academic work: sealed official transcripts from an appropriately accredited institution will be required to document the applicant’s prior education (official transcripts are to be sent by the issuing institution/college/university directly to the Office of the Registrar in no more than six (6) weeks from the applicant’s start date). Students using financial aid must submit official transcripts before being awarded aid.
    • A clear and legible copy of government-issued photo identification.
    • Completion of an Enrollment Agreement. Enrollment Agreement must be signed and received by Crestmont University no later than midnight (12:00 a.m.) Pacific Standard Time the Wednesday prior to the requested start date.
