DBA Canada Scholarship
CU proudly offers the DBA Canada Scholarship to Doctorate students residing in Canada. This scholarship covers one credit unit ($528) per course and is awarded on a semester-by-semester basis, ensuring continued support for students pursuing their academic and professional goals.
Eligibility Requirements & Conditions
Application: Complete all admission and application documents.
Class Participation: Post attendance on the first Monday of each term.
Identification: Provide a valid official ID confirming residency in Canada.
GPA Maintenance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 per semester.
Non-Combination: The scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.
Continuous Enrollment: Maintain continuous enrollment throughout the program unless an approved LOA.
Payment Arrangements: Remain current with all tuition payment arrangements. Overdue payments will impact scholarship eligibility.
Funding Purpose: Scholarships are awarded exclusively toward out-of-pocket costs.
Canadian Loan Users: The student must sign a payment plan at enrollment and is responsible for making payments as agreed. No payment extensions are offered due to loan processes. The student must email any required documents directly to Alfonsina Ugarte at alfonsina.ugarte@caluniversity.edu. The school will provide the necessary documentation within three business days.
Eligibility Timing: This scholarship cannot be awarded mid-program; eligibility requires enrollment in first-term courses.
Course Repeats: The scholarship does not cover repeat courses.
Fast-Track Scholarship
The Fast-Track Scholarship is designed to support graduate students who wish to accelerate their education. This scholarship awards students 50% of the tuition charged per term in scholarship funds for doubling up on courses, making it more affordable to achieve their academic goals. Scholarship funds are awarded on a semester-by-semester basis.
Eligibility Requirements & Conditions
Application: Complete all admission and application documents.
Class Participation: Post attendance on the first Monday of each term.
Program Enrollment: Must be enrolled in an MBA program and double up on courses.
GPA Maintenance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 per semester.
Non-Combination: The scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.
Continuous Enrollment: Maintain continuous enrollment throughout the program unless an approved Leave of Absence (LOA ).
Payment Arrangements: Remain current with all tuition payment arrangements. Overdue payments will impact scholarship eligibility.
Funding Purpose: Scholarships are awarded exclusively toward out-of-pocket costs.
Eligibility Timing: This scholarship cannot be awarded mid-program; eligibility requires enrollment in first-term courses.

Combination with Federal Financial Aid: The Fast Track Scholarship can be combined with Federal Financial Aid if the student qualifies.
International Scholarship
Crestmont University is dedicated to empowering the next generation of professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs with the confidence, qualifications, and skills needed to succeed in the global business community and economy. As part of this commitment, CU proudly offers the International Scholarship to non-US citizens residing outside the US.
This scholarship covers 50% of the tuition cost and is awarded on a semester-by-semester basis.
Eligibility Requirements & Conditions
Application: Complete all admission and application documents.
Class Participation: Post attendance on the first Monday of each term.
Must reside outside the United States and provide valid documentation to confirm residency.
GPA Maintenance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 for undergraduate programs and 3.0 for graduate programs.
Non-Combination: The scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.
Continuous Enrollment: Maintain continuous enrollment throughout the program unless an approved LOA.
Payment Arrangements: Remain current with all tuition payment arrangements. Overdue payments will impact scholarship eligibility.

Level Up Scholarship
The Level-up Scholarship supports students who have decided to continue their journey with Crestmont University and pursue their next degree. This scholarship covers the cost of the Digital Course Fee ($195) for each term during the program. These funds are awarded on a semester-by-semester basis.
Eligibility Requirements & Conditions
Application: Complete all admission and application documents.
Class Participation: Post attendance on the first Monday of each term.
Enrollment Timing: Must enroll in the first two terms immediately after program completion.
Financial Standing: Must have a clear balance at the time of enrollment.
GPA Maintenance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 for undergraduate programs and 3.0 for graduate programs.
Non-Combination: The scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.
Continuous Enrollment: Maintain continuous enrollment throughout the program unless an approved Leave of Absence (LOA).

UG Horizon Scholarship
Crestmont University is proud to offer a special Undergraduate Scholarship exclusively for students residing in the USA. This scholarship covers the cost of one credit per course ($438) and the application fee ($45). Funds are awarded on a semester-by-semester basis.
Eligibility Requirements & Conditions
Application: Complete all admission and application documents.
Class Participation: Post attendance on the first Monday of each term.
Financial Aid: Must be Financial Aid–eligible or PELL-eligible, and complete the FAFSA to determine eligibility.
GPA Maintenance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 per semester.
Non-Combination: The scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.
Continuous Enrollment: Maintain continuous enrollment throughout the program unless on an approved Leave of Absence (LOA).
Payment Arrangements: Remain current with all tuition payment arrangements. Overdue payments will impact scholarship eligibility.

Military Scholarship
Crestmont University is proud to offer our Military Scholarship to Active Duty and Veteran students, providing scholarship funds to support their academic journey. This program awards students a scholarship of $150 per course to enhance their educational opportunities.

Class Participation: Post attendance on the first Monday of each term.
Non-Combination: The scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.
Military proof: Must provide valid military proof (active duty or veteran).

Military Family Scholarship
Crestmont University is proud to offer the Military Family Scholarship, designed to support students with active-duty family members or veterans in achieving their academic goals. This scholarship provides a financial benefit of $75 per course, helping to make education more affordable and accessible.
Eligibility Requirements & Conditions
Application: Complete all admission and application documents.
Class Participation: Post attendance on the first Monday of each term.
Non-Combination: The scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.
Military Proof: Must provide valid military ID/documentation of a direct family member (active duty or veteran). Eligible direct relatives include parents, children, or siblings.
Payment Arrangements: Remain current with all tuition payment arrangements. Overdue payments will impact scholarship eligibility.
Funding Purpose: Scholarships are awarded exclusively toward out-of-pocket costs.
Combination with Federal Financial Aid: The Military Scholarship can be combined with Federal Financial Aid if the student qualifies.
Federal Student Loans
Students who qualify can access federal loans through the U.S. Department of Education to help fund their studies. Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and the CU Financial Aid team will guide you through every step to determine your eligibility.
