Crestmont University encourages students, employees, and visitors to promptly report crimes, safety concerns and other incidents. Reports may be submitted through the University’s incident reporting form. You may also report an incident directly to a Campus Security Authority (CSA).

Emergency or immediate danger?

For emergencies, crimes in progress, or situations requiring immediate police, fire, or medical assistance, call 911.

Use Crestmont University’s incident reporting form to report a crime, safety concern, or other incident.

What can I report?

You may report crimes, suspected criminal activity, safety concerns, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, hazing, or other incidents affecting the safety of the University community.

What happens after I report?

Crestmont University will review the information provided and determine the appropriate response. Depending on the circumstances, information may be referred to the Clery Compliance Officer, a Campus Security Authority, University personnel, building management, or emergency/public safety agencies, as appropriate.
